PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry and store a multitude of casks efficiently and surely with a cask carriage system using an air pallet for carrying the casks in a cask storage building. SOLUTION: The system comprises a frame 20 for fixing casks capable of detaching the air pallet, vertically putting and fixing casks and placing casks on a floor F, the air pallet generating buoyancy force by discharging compressed gas, a driving device 30 detachably attached to the frame 20 for fixing casks and provided with an energizing means of driving wheels and a steering mechanism, an air supply dolly detachably connected with the frame 20 for fixing casks and loading the supply source of compressed air, and a hose reel 55 placed in a compressed air supply path connecting the air supply dolly 50 and the air pallet.
