PURPOSE: Provided is an organic electroluminescence device which has an improved electron impregnation efficiency, luminescence efficiency, color coordinate and brightness and decreases driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: The organic electroluminescence device comprises a cathode, an anode(12) and an organic membrane formed between the cathode and anode. The organic electroluminescence device is characterized in that the cathode comprises a first cathode(17) containing aluminum, and a second cathode(16) that is positioned at the lower part of the first cathode(17), is adjacent to the organic membrane and contains a metal having a work function of 3.5 to 5.0 eV and a metal carboxylate having the formula of RCOOM, in which M is an alkali or alkaline earth metal and R is a C1-C10 alkyl or a C6-C20 aryl. |
