PURPOSE: A multiple type fiber filter is provided, which is capable of overcoming diameter and length (height) of unit filters and physical restriction of fiber filter media and filtering a large amount of water. CONSTITUTION: The multiple type pore controlling fiber filter comprises a filter tank(300) at one side of which a raw water inlet pipe(140) is formed so that raw water is flown in the filter tank through the raw water inlet pipe; and unit filters which are installed in the filter tank to discharge water after filtration into cylindrical body as filtering the raw water flown in the filter tank through filtering layer formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body, wherein filtering capacity is determined by the number of the unit filters which are installed in the filter tank, wherein the unit filters comprise porous pipe(150), upper filter media holder(120), lower filter media holder(110), fiber filter media(130), shaft of the upper filter media holder and rotation means(125 to 128), wherein the multiple type pore controlling fiber filter is a twist type pore controlling filter in which pores of the fiber filter media are controlled by rotating the filter media holder using the rotation means, wherein the rotation means comprises pinion gear, rack gear and piston, wherein straight line motion of the piston is transmitted to each pinion gear connected to the rack gear so that the upper filter media holder is rotationally controlled as one body.
