A plasma reactor has two dielectric members and a gap spacer disposed between them to form a plasma region. First and second electrodes are disposed on the dielectric members for generating a corona discharge. Two lead lines are connected to the two electrodes so that the electrodes receive electric voltage from the lead lines. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a plasma reactor.
