The illuminated window pane, especially glass window pane(s) (1a), comprises LEDs (3) at the glass pane, especially with main light radiation (10) towards the center of pane. The LEDs are fitted at glass pane side. Preferably. the height of LEDs is less than 3mm, Preferably. less than 2mm or even less than 1.55mm and SMD LEDs are typically used. With a rectangular glass pane the LEDs may be fitted only along one of its longitudinal edges, with max. edge length of less than 1 m, or along two opposite outer edges. |
