<p>Method for manufacturing a studded tyre (1) comprising a tread band (34) with a radially outer surface containing a plurality of metal studs (24) partially projecting from the said outer surface, comprising the following steps: manufacturing a green tyre; inserting the said studs (24) into seats (207) in a curing mould; inserting the said green tyre in the said mould; closing the said mould; curing the said green tyre; and opening the said mould to extract a cured tyre; wherein the said step of inserting studs (24) into the seats of the said mould is performed by a) placing a stud-holding device (300) supporting a plurality of the said studs (24) inside the said mould; and b) actuating the said stud-holding device (300) in such a way that the said plurality of studs (24) are pushed radially outwards until they are located in the said seats (207).</p> |
