A TRAY FOR PACKING AND TRANSPORT OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

A tray for packing and transport of fruit and vegetables is made of corrugated board, cardboard or synthetic material. By cutting the board of previously mentioned materials, a tray blank is obtained enabling that the tray is easily, quickly and simply manually formed by folding firstly side wall panels (2) and end flaps (4) and then front wall panels (3), wing and flaps (7), foldable panel (5) and front foldable wall panel (6). Final forming of the tray (P) is carried out by means of a fastener (F), consisting of a case (15) and a cork (16), by inserting the case (15) into round apertures (8) made on connecting side wall panels (2) and wing end flaps (7) and by inserting the cork (16) into the aperture (19) on the case (15).
