Enhancing properties of suspension for incorporating in wood - by injecting liq. or powder into flowing water energised by controlled flow

A suspension having many of the properties of an emulsion or molecular dispersion is produced by applying liq. or powdered solids, e.g. from an upper container into energised water. The energised water is formed in a lower container when water is sucked for specific periods in laminar non-turbulent flow with a constant change of direction, esp. in a hyperbolic path. From an apertured surface adjustably mounted in the upper container, initially pressurised liq. or solid powder descends in free-fall into the circulating water, during the contact phase producing specific surface areas of at least 1400 sq.m/cu.m. USE - Prod. incorporating water-glass can penetrate deeply into wood prods. e.g. for furniture to impact rot-resistance, or for musical instruments to enhance tone. Process also applicable for medical prods., foodstuffs, or for engine propellants.
