<p>A solid state laser device for performing the laser oscillation by exciting Nd:YAG crystal which is a solid state laser active medium by a laser diode or a light source of a lamp or the like. By disposing inside a laser resonator a compensation optical element in which generation of the concave thermal lens effect is changed in proportion to the output level of the oscillated laser beam, the convex thermal lens effect generated inside the Nd:YAG crystal is compensated and a dynamic range is expanded, thereby obtaining high brightness of the emitted laser beam and stable laser output.</p> |
