A device for discharging and conveying dusty materials from a container to a silo, comprising a transport air discharge line (2) connected to a star valve (1) at one end and to a vacuum chamber (3) at the other end, in order to guide the replaced transportation air within the empty compartments (13) of the star valve (1) through a jet filter (4) mounted directly on top of the vacuum chamber (3). An exhaust fan (15), equipped with a slide gate, is preferably placed on the top of said jet filter (4), and a holder platform (12) having a plurality of wheels holds the device together defining a compact mobile kit.
