<p>A laser array device comprises a transmission unit (30) and a reception unit (20). In the laser array device, a plurality of unit modules (40) each including a laser beam source (30-1) of the transmission unit (30), a photodetector (20-1) of the reception unit (20), and a laser control circuit (10-1) are formed. Each laser beam source (30-1) of the transmission unit (30) is adjacent to a photodetector of the reception unit (20). In each unit module, a part of the laser beam outputted by the laser beam source is reflected and inputted into the photodetector. The intensity of the laser beam outputted by the laser beam source is extracted from the sensing signal from the photosensor, and the output of the laser beam source is stopped when the determined laser beam intensity exceeds a predetermined reference value.</p> |
