The present invention relates to a brassiere which is especially suited for women nurs­ing their child and where the brassiere is provided in a double layer and seamlessly from a piece of circularly knitted fabric and where it is easy for the woman to expose one breast at a time by releasing a clamp device and, subsequently, pull down the outer layer of the brassiere.
