A clean-energy power apparatus free from the use of resources. Strong permanent magnets are disposed in the circumference of a disk with the same poles spaced equally (in an even number). With soft iron plates interposed turning faces reversed alternately, disks containing these magnets are so stacked that individual magnetic poles may be repulsive. The discoidal permanent magnets confined in a cylinder movable in parallel with the center axis are moved and rotated in a liquid by levitation force with a gas transferred instantly from an upper cylinder down to a lower cylinder.
