PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently heat a photosensitive body by heating both a developing soln. and the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body 1 which is required to be subjected to an image forming process at the temp. below a prescribed temp. as the photosensitive characteristics are governed by temp. is directly heated by using a heater H2 and in addition, the developing soln. G heated by a heater H1 is poured to the photosensitive body 1 via a developing unit 2 and a cleaning unit 3 in the case of adoption of a wet process development system by using the above-mentioned photosensitive body 1. For example, the heater H1 for heating the developing soln. is so mounted as to come into contact with the base of a developing tank 4 in which the developing soln. G is stored. The heater H2 for direct heating of the photosensitive body 1 is mounted under a transfer charger 13 provided on the lower side of a photosensitive drum 1. The photosensitive body is directly heated by the heater in this way and is simultaneously heated by the heated developing soln. as well. The photosensitive body 1 is thus easily and efficiently heated. |
