The blank has seven rectangular panels connected together along their long edges by folds. There are slits between the end panels and the adjacent panels. The end panels overlap when the blank is folded into the hexagonal shape. There is a tongue with undercut ends on one end panel and a rectangular handle on the other which can fit through the slits. The handle projects from one corner of the hexagonal shape. The holder is made of stiff cardboard and a wick may be fitted to assist ignition.
