PURPOSE:To draw a graphic in the sequence suited to the drawing subject by storing and selecting a partial graphic having a drawing sequence deciding rule and deciding a drawing sequence based on the drawing sequence rules of plural called partial graphics. CONSTITUTION:The partial graphics forming a graphic are stored in a storage means together with each drawing sequence rule. Then these stored graphics are retrieved and read out and then called out to a temporary storage area based on the instruction of a user. A drawing sequence deciding means is selected by the user, and a drawing sequence is decided from the drawing sequence rule of the partial graphic that is called out to the temporary storage area. Thus a graphic is drawn on a display device 202 in the decided sequence. As a result, the graphic can be drawn in the sequence suited to a drawing subject.
