A control center (4) releases the subscriber prize tickets via the ticket identifiers with the visible ticket identifier displayed to the subscribers via a terminal (5) with a display screen (7). The subscriber having a winning ticket communicates with the control center (4) on his/her data carrier (1) via a telecommunications device (8) for the winning dividend.
