Method for evaluating thermographic images of the breast, whereby each images is subdivided into circular, elliptical or polygonal shapes. The inner shape comprises a circle that surrounds the mammilla, while concentric circles around this inner circle are sub-divided into segments by a series of lines. A heat value is determined for each segment based on an average of all temperature measurements, a maximum or a minimum temperature value, the temperature range or the standard deviation. |
