PURPOSE:To obtain a cake of jelly type in a readily edible stick state, abundantly containing food fibers, free from a fish-like smell of characteristic KUKIWAKAME, by scalding KUKIWAKAME cut into a strip shape, boiling down with a saccharide solution and spraying sprinkling powder. CONSTITUTION:KUKIWAKAME cut into a strip shape is scalded with 2-10 times as much as water by weight and the prepared stick KUKIWAKAME is boiled down with a saccharide solution and sprayed with sprinkling powder to give the objective cake. |
