PURPOSE:To set a proper concentration of laver mixed solution at an early stage because of possibility of dry weight of laver made into a laver sheet at a constant concentration and to prevent occurrence of defective, by processing a mixed solution of laver into a laver sheet under a specific condition and rapidly drying the laver sheet by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:First, the same amount of a mixed solution of laver as that in dried laver production is made into a laver sheet in a wider area than a standard dimension, e.g. 1.5-3 times as large as the standard dimension, on drainboards 4 of laver. Then, the drainboards 4 of laver are laid to oppose laver faces N each other and air is sent from a blower 3 to between the opposing laver faces N and the laver is dried. |
