PURPOSE:To provide a protective coat in the title, which has a fire resisting function and a respiration gas supply function enough for evacuation and can be easily put on and can open a valve, by forming the protective coat by a noncombustible protective coat main body, a gas tank for breathing, which is disposed inside a mantle portion, and a supply opening portion which is connected to the gas tank for breathing and adapted to supply gas for respiration into a hood portion. CONSTITUTION:A protective coat main body 1 comprises a bag-like hood portion 3 having a fire resisting glass 2 as a transparent portion and a mantle portion 5 having a joint portion 4 on the front side. A compressed air tank 7 which is a gas tank for breathing comprises a tank main body 8, a valve portion 9 and a lever portion, wherein a pressure reducing valve is fitted to the valve portion 9, and the valve portion 9 and the pressure reducing valve 11 are respectively fixed to the inside of the mantle portion 5 by fixing bands 12. An ejector 13 as a supply opening portion is installed on the inside of the upper end portion of the hood portion 3, whereby compressed air sent from a compressed air tank 7 through a conduit 14 is supplied into the hood portion 3. The supplied compressed air is provided for breathing and discharged to the atmosphere from the lower side of the mantle portions 5 together with the other gas. |
