A medical needle safety device, comprise: a needle cannula (2), a needele base (5) where the needle end (23) of the needle cannula (2) is mounted; a safety sheath (4) which the needle cannula (2) can drill through and a offset member (3) which the needle cannula (2) can drill through; at the exterior surface of the cannula (2) where near the needle point (21), a raised stop member (22) of the needle cannula (2) is provided, whose max dimension of cross section is larger than other part of the cannula diameter. Inside the sheath (4), a cavity (41) for the offset member (3) which is near the outlet (44) of the sheath (4), a defence cavity (42) whose dimension of cross section is smaller than the cavity (41) for the offset member 3), a stop member (46) of the sheath (4) and a cavity (43) for the needle base (5) which is near the entrance (45) of the needle cannula (2) and cooperated with the needle base (5) are provided in turns. The dimension of the stop member (46) of the sheath (4) is smaller than the max dimension of the stop member (22) of the needle cannula (2), hence the needle cannula (2) can move to-and-for inside the sheath (4), but the stop member (22) of the needle cannula (2) is locked by the stop member (46) of the sheath (4), in one side of the cavity (41) for the offset member (3) a release export (43) is provided. The offset member (3) is elastic and formed with a through hole (31), it is hold inside the cavity (41) and offset to let the needle cannula (2) drill through the through hole (31) under the effect of outside force. When the force disappears, said through hole (31) is moved by said elasticity and staggers with said needle cannula (2). |
