A part for fixing a fixed element such as an anchor bar, having a novel composite mode of a radical-curing resin and a curing agent and enabling exclusion of a constituent element not needed to fixing a fixed element. The part for fixing the fixed element comprises a core portion containing an uncured radical-curing resin and a curing agent phase constituting at least a part of the surface layer of the core portion and containing a curing agent for the radical-curing resin. The inner phase of the core portion containing the uncured radical-curing resin has a viscosity ranging from 10 to 200 Pa.s at 20 ° C.
