PURPOSE: A radio having a personal number is provided to give fixed individual numbers every radio, and to directly call other radio during wireless communication, thereby implementing user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A personal receiving number storage(20) is assigned with a specific one of many combined channels, stores the assigned channel as a self fixed receiving channel, and transmits the channel to a CPU(16). A keypad(17) inputs a personal receiving number of other party corresponding to a receiving channel of other radio in order to call the other party. A channel changing unit(21) analyzes the personal receiving number of the other party, changes a corresponding channel and a CTCSS(Continuous Tone Controlled Squelch System) tone to a self radio channel, inputs a self personal receiving number from the storage(20) when the call is terminated, and newly changes a channel of a self radio. A display(18) displays a series of consecutive key numbers inputted from the keypad(17).
