PURPOSE: Provided is a water discharger for a water purifier, the discharging device being capable of preventing siphon effect when water is discharged by pumping pressure. CONSTITUTION: The discharger comprises a siphon cap(60) installed at an inlet portion of a discharging pipe(12) connected to a storage tank and having a discharging hole(62) connected to a discharging water passage way(32) at the bottom thereof and a vent hole(64) at an upper portion thereof, and a siphon member(70) installed in the siphon cap(60) for preventing siphon effect by opening or closing the vent hole(64) by pressure difference between the cap(60) and the discharging water passage way(32).
