PURPOSE: A semiconductor device for improving a sensing speed of a sense amplifier is provided, in which the sense amplifier performs a sensing operation more rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A sense amplifier part(400) senses and amplifies a signal difference of two input lines, and then outputs it. And a sense amplifier connection control part(100) controls the above sense amplifier part to be connected to one of adjacent cell arrays, and also controls the sense amplifier part to be separated from the connected cell array temporarily during a sensing operation of the sense amplifier part.
