PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method are provided to reduce errors and shorten the work time by permitting the positions of components to be determined by the grooves formed at the jig during the junction of isolator and assembly of ferrite. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a jig(10) having a groove having a shape corresponding to the shapes of a junction and a ferrite of an isolator; a ferrite adsorbing unit(20) disposed above the jig, and which adsorbs the ferrite disposed in the groove and moves the ferrite in a vertical direction; a bonding unit for injecting a bond for fixing the junction and the ferrite in the groove formed at the jig; and operating switches(41,42,43) for driving the ferrite adsorbing unit and the bonding unit.
