PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing Soju(korean traditional distilled liquor) which has and excellent deodoration effect and is excellent in its flavor. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing Soju(korean traditional distilled liquor) comprises the steps of: diluting spirit to 40-60 vol% then naturally fermenting it; diluting the diluted spirit to 25-35 vol%; passing it through an activated carbon filled tower with 3-5 SV; then passing it through a silver filled tower, wherein the purity of the silver is 99.99% and the silver filled tower further contains 6-15 micro meter of a far-infrared ray carrier.
