PURPOSE: A repair fuse device is provided to increase repair efficiency of a repair fuse. CONSTITUTION: An address buffer(301) outputs address information. A selection fuse(302) outputs a word line selection signal when an embedded fuse is not blown out, and outputs a bit line selection signal when the embedded fuse is blown out. The first common repair fuse(303) receives the address information from the address buffer, and receives a row synchronous signal and a column synchronous signal from the external, and receives the word line/bit line selection signal from the selection fuse, and generates a plurality of selection signals by the blown-out information and the address information. An operation selection unit(304) receives a plurality of selection signals from the first common repair fuse, and receives the address information from the address buffer, and receives a row synchronous operation signal and a column synchronous operation signal from the external, and outputs a general enable signal or a redundant enable signal, by selecting whether to perform a general operation or a repair operation by a NAND operation result as to the plurality of selection signals and the address information and the row synchronous operation signal and the column synchronous operation signal. A redundant path part(305) provides a path of a redundant enable signal being output from the operation selection unit. A redundant cell(306) receives the redundant enable signal from the redundant path part, and receives the blown-out information from the plurality of first common repair fuses, and provides a memory cell by being enabled by the redundant enable signal and the blown-out information. A general path part(307) provides a path of the general enable signal being output from the operation selection unit. And a general cell(308) provides a memory cell by being enabled by the general enable signal being output from the general path part.
