PURPOSE: A sanitary auxiliary device of a toilet bowl is provided to make a bed plate at a small thickness and make the use of the bed plate easy by changing the structure of the bed plate disposed between a seat plate and a cover. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a toilet bowl main body(110) having a receptacle space(112), a seat plate rotatably disposed to the toilet bowl main body(110), a cover(150) disposed on the top of the seat plate(120) for covering the seat plate(120), a bed plate(130) disposed between the seat plate(120) and the cover(150) for receiving urine and a sanitary seat(140) disposed on the bed plate(140) for preventing the splashing of urine, wherein a guide portion(132) is formed by cutting away the rear and both sides of the bed plate(130) forward so that the center of the bed plate(130) is opened, and the sanitary seat(140) is attached to the guide portion(132) and the bed plate(130) so as to avoid urine from splashing to the outside.
