PURPOSE: A method for processing an error packet in a loader of a base station channel card is provided to request the error packet again if a loaded time is less than a specific time or is within a time for receiving entire packets, thereby predicting time for loading the error packet to efficiently process the error packet. CONSTITUTION: A system sets and drives a timer(ST11), and requests a loading process of a BCP(BTS Control Processor)(ST12). The system checks whether the loading process is completed(ST13). If not, the system confirms whether a packet is received(ST14). If so, the system stores the packet(ST15), and checks whether a time is out(ST16). If not, the system re-checks whether the loading process is completed(ST13). If so, the system checks whether an error packet is generated(ST17). If so, the system calculates a loading time per packet, and calculates time for re-receiving the error packet(ST18). The system adds a taken time so far to the calculated time, and compares the added time with a maximum time(ST19). If the added time is smaller, the system requests an error packet of the BCP(ST20).
