PURPOSE: Provided are japanese apricot-red hot pepper paste and method for manufacturing the same. The japanese apricot-red hot pepper paste contains the taste and flavor of japanese apricot. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing japanese apricot-red hot pepper paste comprises the steps of: mixing 60-91.5 wt.% of red hot pepper paste, 5-20 wt.% of sugar preserved japanese apricot puree, 2-10 wt.% of pickled japanese apricot puree, 0.5-5 wt.% of pulverized Phaseoli semen leaf and 1-5 wt.% of japanese apricot extract; and maturing the mixture. |
