PURPOSE:To restart a load from its initial state by stopping feeding electricity to the load once automatically after a saving process at the time of the power failure of the load, and then starting feeding electricity again. CONSTITUTION:A nonvolatile memory (i) on the side of a load device is stored with the load feeding stop delay time (T1) required for the in-power-failure saving process and the delay time (T2) from the stop of load feeding to the restart of feeding. If a power failure occurs and then recovers within the time T1, the operation of an inverter (e) is stopped and an AC switch (c) is turned ON to continue to supply the commercial electric power directly to the load. A switch (d) is turned off the time T1 later to stop the electric feeding to the load, the time T2 is clocked, and the switch (d) is turned on the time T2 later to refeed the commercial electric power to the load. If the power failure recovers after the time T1 is elapsed, the operation of the inverter (e) is carried on until the end of the clocking and then stopped with a stop signal I. The switch (d) is turned on only during the clocking of the time T2, so the switch is turned on when commercial power supply recovery to restart the load. |
