PURPOSE: A system for discounting a consultation charge of a pet is provided to discount the consultation charge of the pet to a member by constructing nationwide veterinarian clinics as a member company and supporting each member company with a constant consultation charge. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting tool(21) of the member company(20) requests an electronic chart of the pet according to a member number by inputting the member number, an ID code, and a password. The transmitting tool(21) generates a transmission file to transmit a medical treatment written on the electronic chart through the Internet. A certification tool(60) extracts the member number, the ID code, and the password from the transmission file, and processes certification based on the extracted member number and password. A server(50) searches and transmits the electronic chart from a database management tool(30), extracts a support price by collecting and referring the prescribed medicine from the electronic chart, and transfers the support price to an account of the member company(20).
