PURPOSE:To prevent a pulley from wearing and being damaged by disposing a conductor earthed in opposition to the groove of a pulley for optical fiber winder. CONSTITUTION:As an electrified pulley 2 is laid in a considerably high electric potential to the ground because its static electricity, a large electric potential gradient is formed around a conductor 1 earthed in opposition to the groove 21 of the pulley 2. Particularly, when the conductor 1 is columnar or cylindrical, the surface, opposite to the pulley 2 of the conductor 1 is sharply uneven, or the conductor 1 is formed of a bundle of fine lines and the top end of the fine lines are opposed to the pulley 2, the electric potential gradient around the conductor 1 is particularly large. |
