PURPOSE: An adiabatic panel is provided to convey or use conveniently by heightening the lengthwise or widthwise bending strength of an architectural panel, to use for a wall in a non-bearing wall and to have thermal insulating, sound-insulating and fire-proofing efficiencies. CONSTITUTION: The adiabatic panel(10) has the appointed length and width by filling up both sides of a wavy plate(2) placed longitudinally on a panel with mineral cotton(1), wherein a wave-dissipating board(6) covers on the upper and lower sides of the wavy plate(2) and the mineral cotton(1) and has continuous waves vertically.
