PURPOSE: An on-line game item lottery ticket and free gift system of a computer, a game machine, a mobile, a PDS using a wire/wireless data communication network and an operating method thereof are provided to supply a prize winning money of a lottery ticket directly by on-line when a lottery ticket of a professional gamer number is drawn by forecasting a result of a game through a professional gamer and purchasing a lottery ticket. CONSTITUTION: In an on-line game on a network such as the Internet, a game lottery ticket server receives a game schedule and a game screen from a game server which supports an on-line game of a professional gamer in real time and sells game lottery tickets based on the game schedule. A member selects a lottery number of the professional gamer and purchases a game lottery ticket. A bank server checks a game result of the professional gamer from the game lottery ticket server, receives account information related to a prize winning of a lottery ticket, and executes an account transfer by on-line.
