PURPOSE: A multimedia integrating device having a charge paying device is provided to select a wanted item out of various services in accordance with a taste of a visitor and execute the selected item by mounting a paper money charge paying device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(10) includes a CPU, a BIOS memory(12), and an input/output unit(13). The input/output unit(13) charges a control of each input/output port and a communication with devices connected to each port. A main memory is connected to the control unit(10) directly and stores data in accordance with a control of the control unit(10) or outputs stored data. A hard disk device or a flash memory stores programs for operating devices in accordance with a control of the control unit(10) and stores user-wanted data. In addition, a DVD(71) and a monitor(51) operated by a video control unit(50) are provided. A charge paying control unit(20) is connected to a paper money recognition device(21) and a credit card recognition device(22), transmits a signal acquired from the paper money recognition device(21) or the credit card recognition device(22) to the control unit(10), and an operating time is decided by the signal and a multimedia PC is operated. A user selects a wanted menu by one click and uses other devices besides a TV through the charge paying control unit(20).
