Cyclone separator with segmented immersion pipe

The cyclone separator which is especially for the direct transfer of hot gases has a central segmented immersion pipe with a U-section angled rail (18) detachably connected to the upper side and/or lower sides of the smooth pipe segments (12,14). The sides of the rail grip round the upper side and/or lower side of the segments in hook fashion. The immersion pipe segments are made from a heat-resistant metal sheet material, and the angled rail is produced from cast steel.
