PURPOSE: A system for exchanging an Internet intention using dual monitors and a method thereof are provided to exchange information between two parties by constructing an intention exchanging system through the Internet using a computer connecting to two monitors, thereby making transmitting information and an intention between two parties through an auxiliary screen regardless of the main screen. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of user computers(10-12) is connected to the Internet and uses a main monitor for displaying main contents of a program being used by a user and an auxiliary monitor for displaying information being supplied from an information supplying company to the user and information being transmitted from the user. A plurality of information supplying servers(14-16) supplies various kinds of information being requested by the user through the user computer. If the user supplies a link unit to the computer and selects a specific information supplying server for supplying the information supplied from the information supplying server, a system server(20) connects to the selected server for exchanging information between the user computer and the information supplying server.
