PURPOSE: To make an electrochemical battery with high performance in which vanadium-silver oxide is a cathode agent. CONSTITUTION: Ag2 O and V2 O5 or AgVO3 and V2 O5 are reacted by a compound reaction and an additional reaction which are not accompanied with discharge of a gas product, Ag2 V4 O11 or Ag2 V4 O11-y is generated, and an electrochemical battery is made by using this generated product as cathode agent. |
