PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus for an amplified fluorescent image is provided to improve productivity and to reduce manufacturing cost of the photographing apparatus by installing a wedge-type plate in an optical route. CONSTITUTION: An amplified fluorescent image photographing apparatus includes an optical imaging system having a front element lens(21), an iris(22) and a rear element lens(23), a charge coupled device(32), and a signal processing circuit(40). A wedge type plate(52) is interposed between the front element lens(21) and the iris(22) in such a manner that a reflection surface of the wedge type plate(52) is positioned in an optical axis. An optical detector(62) is provided to receive light reflected from the wedge type plate(52). |
