PURPOSE: A direct cooling type refrigerator is provided to achieve improved cooling efficiency and uniformity of internal temperature of the storage chamber. CONSTITUTION: A direct cooling type refrigerator comprises a main body(1); an inner casing(10) housed into the main body, and which has a storage chamber(3); an evaporator(19) fixed along the outer wall of the inner casing; a heat transfer cooling member(23) having a cooling plate portion(24) disposed on the top plane of the storage chamber and a heat transfer portion(25) contacting the evaporator; and an adhesive member for attaching the evaporator and the heat transfer portion.
