PURPOSE: An instantaneous caulking device using air is provided to perform a caulk work at a time on forward moving of a press fit rod and restrict the variation of a yoke by instantaneously caulking with air. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous caulking device using air comprises: a pneumatic cylinder(20) performing a caulking by being instantaneously moved forward and rearward by air pressure and having a piston rod(22) therein, wherein the piston rod includes a jig fixed to a base to support a yoke and a guide hole(22a) fixed to the base and having a caulking tool(23) detachably installed to an end thereof; a press fit rod(24) connected to be slid inside the guide hole having a screw at the predetermined section of outer surface thereof; a rotating member(32) fixed to the base to slidably support the press fit rod and including a screw housing(33) having a corresponding screw engaged with the screw of the press fit rod; a shaft supporting housing(30) rotatably supporting a timing pulley(31) connected to the rotating member; and a driving motor(40) fixed to the base and connected with the timing pulley and a belt(P) to move the press fit rod forward and rearward.
