PURPOSE: A thermal physical therapy device for spine is provided to perform both finger pressure and thermal therapies and maximize the effect of physical therapy. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a mat main body(100) which has a back rest(110) and a bed(120), the back rest(110) having a finger pressure/thermal therapy device(340) with finger pressure balls(342); a reciprocal feeding portion which has a guide rail(210), a feeding tool with bearing balls and a feed line operable by a motor(234); and a seesaw movement portion which has a supporting shaft and a supporting tool disposed by means of a bearing.
