METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PATHOGENIC PLANT DISEASE USING BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS

PURPOSE: A method for controlling pathogenic plant disease using Bacillus thuringiensis is provided, thereby effectively controlling pathogenic microorganisms without causing environmental problems. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling pathogenic plant disease comprises using Bacillus thuringiensis, and an extract and the cultured medium thereof, wherein the Bacillus thuringiensis has aiiA homolog gene encoding enzyme decomposing AHL(acylated homoserine lactone); and the AHL contains OHHL(N-β -oxo-hexanoyl-L-homoserine lactone), OOHL(N-β-oxo-octanoyl-L-homoserine lactone), ODHL(N-β-oxo-decanoyl-L-homoserine lactone), HHL(N-hexanoyl-L-homoserine lactone) and BHL(N-butanoyl-homoserine lactone). A composition for controlling pathogenic plant disease comprises Bacillus thuringiensis, and an extract and the cultured medium thereof.
