PURPOSE: A cover hinge device of a cellular phone is provided to reduce abrasion generated on a hinge module according to a rotation of a cover, and to mount a pickup camera thereon, thereby extending a life of the hinge module and stabilizing an installed state of the pickup camera without possibility of loss. CONSTITUTION: A housing unit(4300) consists of the first housing(4310) and the second housing(4320). The first housing(4310) and the second housing(4320) are fixed into a cover(4200), and one ends thereof are hinge-coupled with a body(4100). A camera housing(4400) is reciprocally coupled between the first housing(4310) and the second housing(4320). A pickup camera(4500) is installed on the camera housing(4400). Clutches(4600) coupled between the second housing(4320) and the body(4100) brake a rotary power having more than a certain level while opening and closing the second housing(4320).
