PURPOSE: An oral composition of macrolide antibiotics and a formulation method thereof is provided, which has excellent stability and is free from a bitter taste. CONSTITUTION: An oral composition is characterized by comprising 1 part by weight of macrolide antibiotic and 0.1-5 parts by weight of fatty carrier with a low melting point of 80 deg.C or below, wherein the macrolide antibiotic is selected from the group consisting of erythromycin, oleandomycin, kitasamycin, josamycin, midecamycin, spiramycin, carbomycin, amphomycin, bleunsomycin, neutramycin, relomycin, rifamide, clarithromycin and azithromycin; and the fatty carrier is selected from the group consisting of glycerylpalmitostearate, glyceryl stearate, PEG-8-glyceryl behenate, cetyl palmitate and fatty acid monoglyceride.
