<p>To provide a device for slotting the intermediate web of strip-like components fitted with boxed springs as an intermediate product for the production of box-spring cores for mattresses, in which the strip-like components have two transverse welding regions between which a slot is to be formed by a slotting machine, where the strip-like component is to be positioned correctly in front of the slotting device by means of a conveyor, whereby said slotting device is to ensure accurate positioning, be user-friendly and require little maintenance, it is proposed that the conveyor consist of two cogs (7), one of which is fitted to rotate in the conveying direction (5) in front of and behind the slotting device (3), with their axis of rotation (8) parallel to the longitudinal axis of the helical box-springs, and which can be rotated synchronously in a timed manner.</p> |
