PURPOSE: Provided are functional rice containing a red ginseng extract and a manufacture method thereof, thereby producing the functional rice which contains effective ingredients of red ginseng, and consequently increasing the human health and preventing adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of functional rice containing a red ginseng extract comprises the steps of: extracting 300g of red ginseng in a steamer; washing 2kg of polished rice with purified water 1-3 times and dehydrating it; soaking the rice in the red ginseng extract; dehydrating the soaked rice and drying it with far-infrared rays at low temperature; and portioning and packing the dried rice. |
